Development and holding of courses in SAP Retail
Project duration: 7 months
Brief description
During a SAP Retail implementation project, introductory training courses in SAP ERP 6.0 and the business processes supported by the SAP Retail industry solution will be developed. These seminars will prepare the customer’s employees, especially key users, for their project tasks.
Supplement
Because most of the seminar participants have no experience of using SAP systems, a basic course provides training on using the SAP ERP system and its general functions (e.g. creating and printing reports, downloading MS Office programs, authorizations). In a second block, business processes for sector solution SAP Retail are communicated.
Subject description
Retail implementation is based on organizational structures and master data management, especially for businesses, vendors and articles. On this basis, specific commercial processes such as orders, allocations and stock transfers are formatted and presented and then implemented using practical examples in SAP IDES. Among other the lean WM functions in Retail are used.
