Development and replacement of a securities processing system

Brief description
The software currently in use is technically outdated and no longer supported, so it is to be replaced by a new development. The new software solution offers the user optimal process support in processing the securities business. The data input of securities submissions will be more efficient and time-saving. PTA is developing the IT concept and implementing the application including quality assurance, migrating the necessary legacy data and providing support during commissioning.
Supplement
The front end is based on Angular using Angular Material and NGXS. In the backend, Redhat JDK with Java 17.0.2 with Spring Boot forms the basis. The communication between front- and backend is done using REST services and JSON. The PTA designed the software architecture taking into account the customer's specifications. For quality assurance, front- and backend automated tests are performed, among others by using a SonarQube.
Subject description
The application provides support in processing securities transactions. This includes the submission of interest and dividend coupons as well as securities that are due. In this context, the program manages the processing of the business cases by initiating respective payments via collection requests, payout postings or new investing. For each business case , the application generates the related customer documents.
