Development of a KWKG settlement system

Brief description
Designing and developing a database application for processing state aid credits and debits in the context of a law (combined heat and power).
Supplement
The application shall be used by the transmitting power network operator to manage state aid credits to operators of combined heat and power plants and to manage debits that are transferred to consumers via distributing power network operators. Forecasts of amounts of current shall be managed, invoices recorded and created (export interface with SAP/R3), audit certificates shall be managed and annual statements created.
Subject description
The application shall be used to record and process payments that accrue in the context of applying the Combined Heat and Power Act of April 1st, 2002.
