Digital energy management
Brief description
Extension and optimization of the digital solution for energy management and industry 4.0 developed for the customer The web-based application for the management, measurement, analysis, optimization and monitoring of power distribution facilities is extended by numerous functions, especially in the area of planning and simulation of power distribution facilities.
Supplement
In addition to the data model extension of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, measures were implemented to stabilize the graphical editor (core element for visual planning and simulation of power distribution systems). Following an analysis of the Angular-based application, the application was refactored and individual components were updated. Furthermore, the application will be extended by numerous functions, which cover the necessary subject-specific requirements as well as aiming at the optimization and efficiency of the solution's usability.
Subject description
The technical requirements for the solution consist on the one hand in the improvement of the usability of the graphical editor, on the other hand in the extension or development of new functions. New features such as copy and paste of objects within the electricity distribution network or the undo-redo function enable more efficient planning of distribution networks for the user. Technical enhancements such as the generation of planning documentation or the mapping of several network sections support the planners of electricity distribution networks in their daily core tasks. The simulation with the display of simulation results enables the correction or optimization of networks during planning, thus reducing errors.
