Brief description
Implementing a document management system in Lotus Notes for an administration. The documents are stored in relation to transactions. Each transaction is assigned to a reference number. The reference numbers correspond to the specifications of the KGST codes for public administration.

Access rights are implemented by means of user groups, which are connected to the index reference number for the individual employees.
