Brief description
On the basis of the results of an as-is analysis, a target concept is to be drawn up for processing orders in a plant engineering company. To achieve this, the requirements for each function area are systematized and target procedures are defined for the subprocesses.
Supplement
In parallel to drawing up the target concept, the parent company commissioned an as-is analysis of selected affiliated companies, with the aim of developing a group-wide IT strategy based on standard software systems.
Subject description
The focus is on continuous and standardized support in project processing, from calculating quotations and orders, through handling construction sites and the associated procurement processes, to bills of quantities and settling. It is important to note that inquiries, quotations and orders are frequently based on wide-ranging specifications.
