Brief description
Support services for EFET box, software developed by Ponton, which implements the current EFET standards (European Federation of Energy Traders) for ECM (electronic confirmation matching) and EPM (electronic position matching).
Supplement
Support includes administration of production and test environment, configuration of the box, user setup, user setup of new counterparts (connection tests), monitoring of changes in the registration profiles of the CTPs, implementation of upgrades and updates to the EFET box as well as to the messenger, the communicative interface for technical and also functional problems within the EFET box between the customer and Ponton and/or the individual CTPS.
Subject description
Support for FA (manual generation/rejection of acknowledgements) during handling of the EFET box. The EFET box is used by European energy traders for exchanging and comparing trade confirmations. The requirements here were: security and reliability of communication; end-to-end integration between the trading systems of traders and brokers; implementation of the eCM standard (electronic confirmation matching); flexible integration with different backend interfaces for many different trading systems.
