Endur XML deal export interface

Brief description
European and American oil and gas option deals are exported via XML from Endur. The files are saved to the file system and imported by LexiFi.
Supplement
An OpenComponents-plug-in has been created in Eclipse using the Endur-Java-interface. The OpenComponents xml scheme has been extended to meet the project requirements. Java mapping classes were generated using Jaxb according to the XML scheme. Additionally, the client was supported with error analysis and with bug fixing during the integration test.
