Brief description

Enhancement of the Web frontend of a change management system based on Clarify ClearQuality. The changes emphasize usability and improved performance. To facilitate administration of the CMS, the Clarify Client is also adapted.

Supplement

The Change Management System based on Clarify ClearQuality is used to enter and track errors or change requests for software products. To provide internal and external software vendors with intranet/Internet access to the CMS, the Web frontend "ClearQuality 2006" is developed further. The Web frontend reflects the functionality of the Clarify clients, which now only has an administrative function. For access to the Clarify database objects, Clarify eBusiness Framework version 12.5 is used. It runs under the application server BEA WebLogic 8.1. The application is set up to enable the operation of a high-performance production operation with around 50-60 simultaneous users.
