EuroMistral: connection of telematics system

Brief description
Adding telematics functions to the EuroMistral transport management system. The telematics data are integrated directly into the scheduling module by interfaces to the Euro Telematik fleet control server (ET FleetServer).
Supplement
Development is based on the scheduling developed in Java as a desktop application, which creates the initial data for run planning and displays the messages of the mobile terminals in a suitable form (color markings, flags, etc.). A job machine developed in-house (see Proj-ID 2513) is used to continuously process the asynchronous communication flows.
Subject description
The telematics support should be used above all to process consolidated cargo in local transportation. Thus, both delivery and pick-up can be accompanied by the scanners used in realtime, and the associated feedback is forwarded directly to the responsible schedulers.
