The possibilities for processing a customer's file are expanded by the function of recording a recruiter for a customer. One of the preconditions for this is that the recruiter must also be a customer of the insurance company recorded in the CRM system.
Subject description
In order to support a campaign to attract new customers, the CRM should be provided with a possibility of representing the relationship between recruiters and the recruited. This makes it possible for the CRM to disburse the agreed recruitment bonus to the recruiter for arranging the contact if an agreement is reached.
