Facility management, expansion of construction cost management. The application supports building management of owned or rented properties.

Subject description

The properties can be structured as desired in (usage) units. Units can be assigned for characteristics, cost centers, budget costs, actual costs. This means that all costs (actual, budget) can be analyzed and distributed among cost centers. Furthermore, functions for appointment management and management of rental agreements and work orders are integrated. The results of the statistical evaluation are output both in the Notes as well as in a .csv file for further processing in Excel. Aim: All costs (actual, budget) can be analyzed and distributed to the cost centers. Use of standardized appointment management, as well as management of rental agreements and work orders.
