Expansion of permit management: attendance times

Brief description
The daily entry and exit postings for outside company employees (OCE) are imported from the Interflex IF6010 access control system. This data is used to calculate attendance times for each OCE in the plant. The existing “Reports” module is expanded in order to evaluate the number of hours spent working in the plant, by means of preconfigured report templates. Lists of the individual OCEs can be generated with summaries by day or by outside company, for any period of time. The system can output information as a PDF or in Excel (CSV file). Additionally, the system for recording outside company employees working in the plant is optimized and the “Reports” module is made more user-friendly.
Supplement
In the course of the further development, the application is migrated to .NET 2.0. It continues to be operated as a client/server solution on a terminal server.
Subject description
Access to information about OCE attendance times in the plant enables the purchasing department to check the plausibility of invoices, by comparing the working hours claimed against the hours spent working in the plant.
