Expansion of the proposal and application system for a direct insurer

Brief description
A direct insurance company is to be created within an existing group, initially for vehicle insurance only. In addition to the organizational, legal and business tasks, an IT system is to be created that enables direct sales over the Internet and is also integrated into the property insurer's existing processes.
Supplement
The short time available means that existing processes and IT systems should be reused as much as possible. For example, the existing proposals system based on Win32/C++ components and VP/MS is encapsulated as a web service and scaled via virtualization. This completely eliminates the need to develop interfaces for application processing, printing applications, entering proposals and calculating proposals.
Subject description
In the course of creating a direct insurer within a group, the entire proposals and application system for direct vehicle insurance needs to be created. This covers: creating proposals, rating, creating applications, including applications in the existing operational systems, printing quotations, supplementary terms of contract and returns processing, claims notification and loss adjustment.
