Extension of a planning system for power plant dismantling
Project duration: 6 months
Brief description
An existing intranet application for planning the dismantling of a power plant is being expanded to manage additional information. In addition, the implementation of technical processes is optimised, existing reports are expanded and approaches for increasing application performance are implemented.
Supplement
By extending existing import interfaces to the Siemens software Mesa4PC, additional information is extracted. In the course of this, a technical migration of these functionalities to a .NET Core basis will take place. The reports provided via SQL Server Reporting Service, some of which are relevant for legally required assessments, are optimised in order to make the assessment processes more efficient. Furthermore, implemented data access and caching mechanisms will be refactored in order to significantly increase application performance.
