Conception and implementation of a FHIR server for handling elecronical ordinances in puplic health care. Profiling of FHIR ressources to reproduce required data structures and processes.

Profiling of HL7 FHIR ressources and building of extensions, codesystems and valuesets with the tool Forge. Use of the FHIR registry simplifier.NET. Specification of HL7 CDA documents with the CDA tool Art-Decor.

Subject description

The HL7 technologies CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Ressources) are used for interoperability in puplic health care. With a FHIR server structured documents like electronical ordinances can be processed. Medical Information Systems (MIS) send electronical ordinances (specified in CDA or FHIR) to the FHIR server. The FHIR server is used as a communication and storage medium between MIS, health insurance, patient app and other care providers.
