First-level support FELIOS

Brief description
The FELIOS APS (advanced planning system) is provided with new data from the BaaN ERP system every night after the MRP run. After a successful planning run, the updated data is made available to the ERP system again, where it overwrites the MRP deadlines. New user creation and maintenance of the authorization profiles. Adjustments to the standard software based on customer wishes, errors or new releases are tested and released.
Supplement
Only a few users have direct access to the FELIOS application, operative units such as Purchasing and Work Scheduling are informed that the deadlines in the ERP system match the planned deadlines in FELIOS. This requires that the planned deadlines be available in the ERP system every work day by 6.00 AM at the latest.
Subject description
Disruptions in the day-to-day process must be recognized and removed, either by restarting the interfaces, triggering planning in FELIOS, or rescheduling batch jobs. New users are created. Errors in the FELIOS software are reported to INFORM Support. Solved errors are tested before returning to production.
