Fleet management

Brief description
The fleet management system is used to manage data related to leased vehicles for employees. The entire process is covered: from ordering to the return process/end-of-agreement process.
Supplement
This system is a client-server architecture with an SQL Server 2008 database as the back end and a client based on C# (2012), developed using Visual Studio 2012 Professional. The system has an automatic update function and encryption logic for personal data. There is also an automatic import interface from SAP HR data and a document management system.
Subject description
Employees at or above a defined rank can obtain a leased vehicle through the employer. The employer accepts applications and performs the orders (via an SAP system). After the order is completed, all further data and processes are managed by the fleet management system. These are, e.g., the acceptance process, managing tickets, changing vehicle users, and generally managing data about the user, the vehicle, and the lease agreement and the central order data.
