Fleet management system

Brief description
The fleet management system is used to manage data regarding leased vehicles for employees, from ordering to the return process/end-of-agreement process.
Supplement
This system is a client-server architecture with an SQL Server 2008 database as the back end and a client based on C# (3.5), developed using Visual Studio 2010 Professional. The system has an automatic update function and encryption logic for personal data. Furthermore, there are an import interface for importing HR data into the system from an HR Excel download and a system for managing vehicle images.
Subject description
Employees at or above a defined rank can obtain a leased vehicle through the employer. The employer accepts applications and makes the orders (via an SAP system). After the order is completed, all further data and processes are managed by the fleet management system. These are, e.g., the acceptance process, managing tickets, changing vehicle users, and generally managing data about the user, the vehicle, and the lease agreement and the central order data.
