Fleet management

Brief description
The fleet management system handles leasing vehicles for employees from purchasing until returning the car and closing the contract.
Supplement
The system is based on a client-server-architecture with a SQL-Server database and a frontend developed with C# in Visual Studio 2005 Professional. It uses an automatic update procedure and key locks for personal data. Additonally an import interface for SAP HR data and car pictures exists.
Subject description
Employees on defined organizational levels may use leased cars. The purchasing is done by their enterprise using the SAP system. After that all data and processes are covered by the fleet managament system like the handover process, tickets, owner changes and data concerning the driver, the vehicle, the leasing contract and central purchasing data.
