Function and system test for SAP BW, SAP CRM and B2B

Brief description
The introduction of SAP CRM in the customer's system has repercussions on the existing SAP BW in the B2B area. A comprehensive function and system test is to be carried out to identify any resulting errors. This project is tasked with supporting the customer in coordinating the tests.
Supplement
Test coordination is to be supported using MS Office products. The central tool here is the MS Access-based PTA test database, which has been adjusted to the specific requirements of this project. Reporting is in MS Excel and MS Word. Errors that can be assigned to the CRM application are managed in SAP Solution Manager.
Subject description
The object of the test is the SAP BW system, which retrieves part of its data from the SAP CRM system. The data to be tested is master data, such as customers, quotations/contracts and metering points, as well as data from B2B reporting, such as sales statistics, target figures and the panel. Systematic test coordination shall be used to cover 100% of the test scenarios provided by the customer. Test reporting is embedded in the overall CRM introduction project and must meet these requirements. Error-tracking is to support a large degree of error correction. The tests are managed in the PTA test database.
