Functional and technical support for operating the iBaanERP software
Project duration: 3 years, 3 months
Brief description
Support is provided for operating the iBaanERP system, from both a functional (user support) and a technical (troubleshooting, reprogramming) perspective. The entire process of made-to-order production for four companies is supported, starting with the order receipt. On the basis of production planning (MRP), procurement processes are initiated and production orders are generated.
Supplement
These processes are handled in full through to the project completion and the accounting, which is operated in SAP R/3, is supplied with data via interfaces. Operative controlling is reinforced in part in iBaanERP by means of functions developed in-house. In one of the customer's locations, a product configurator is used with rules for generating materials, bills of material and work schedules for production.
