Further support for administrative applications in the power station

Brief description
Maintenance and further development of approximately 30 existing administrative applications of a power station as well as the internal standard development framework. The applications support the areas of access administration, personal data administration, watch report, availabilities, accident book, ordering of food. Various interfaces between the individual systems and the core systems of the power plant are also developed, supported and partially monitored.

Administrative support is provided for various different applications from the area of management and enhanced or modified as required. Along with individual solutions for special requirements from departments, central applications for central management of personal data and assigned system authorizations for the entire software landscape of the company are developed, maintained and monitored. These activities are performed within the framework of ITIL implementation for the company.
Subject description
Processing and provision of company master data, reading the properties of user objects and group objects from the Active Directory, provision of material lists, logging recurring tests on components, maintaining a watch report regarding the security of the property, orders from menu lists for the canteen, managing IT user names and permissions, accident book of the plant’s medical staff, provision of contact data (telephone, search system) via desktop & intranet application, printing of labels with barcodes, IT applications, planning and publishing availabilities, reporting to authorities.
