Immediate notification of application events

Creation of an existing configurable monitoring functionality for the central protocol database, in order to ensure timely notification of configurable interest groups via critical application events. The current configuration is expanded with an indicator that is controlled via the existing intranet application. A service application (Windows task) is started at short recurring intervals and evaluates the configuration, using it to search for the created protocol data and to send it via e-mail.
