Implementation and configuration of SAP Solution Manager test workbench and service desk. The SolMan is already used for basis functions and will be prepared for IT project activities.
Supplement
The settings for project management, business blueprint, configuration and test management are made. Additionally service desk functions with the integration of error messages are configured for the SolMan itself and the connected SAP ERP systems. The connection to SAP:NET is implemented so that SAP customer messages can be entered, maintained and synchronized.
Subject description
The SAP test workbench shall be used for a just started large project for the unbundling of SAP IS-U systems. Additionally functions for project management and the user help desk are planned to use.
