Implementig the reform of the insurance contract law

The reform of the german insurance contract law requires that the policyholder gets the complete terms and conditions of insurance before starting the contract.

Four types of contract conclusions are possible: (1) Waiver: the policyholder waives the right. (2) Handvover: The agent hands over the AGBs (Generell terms and conditions) as a document or via mail. (3) Distribution: the AGBs were distributed by the backoffice. (4) Fone sales: no documents are given.
Subject description
Depending on legal changes the AGBs have to stated at the point of sales. In earlier times it was possible to use differing AGBs as base for the insurance contract.
