Brief description
Analysis of existing quotations and carrying out a workshop to develop a new interface for simplified, individual compilation of quotation documents in SAP.
Supplement
The interface is to be activated from ABAP objects. The data comes from SAP-SD and is transferred directly to MS Word via the message types. The data is prepared by means of SAP implementations. The data is stored by manual processing on the client in SAP, with a link to the invoice objects (BUS20xx). The MS Word functions will be packaged and provided with additional functions. MS Word will be used only functionally. Users can only save their Word documents locally if they have the appropriate authorization in SAP. The solution is based on the inside-out concept. The existing implementation in SAPscript of smart forms can be used.
Subject description
It should be possible to create quotations (or other relevant documents) flexibly in MS Word. The documents must be stored in SAP and versioned. The investment in the existing SAPscript implementation should be used (return on investment).
