Brief description
Conceptual design and implementation of an interface application for automated information provision for calculating the key figures in a management portal.
Supplement
Special search criteria are used to extract messages that are relevant to the calculation of company KPIs from the central log data retention (filled by a wide variety of IT applications). The selected information is stored in the form of XML files on a central data exchange broker via FTP transfer. To simplify configuration of the data transfer intervals, the transfers are started by a Windows task. In turn, all activities are logged in the central log data retention.
Subject description
The key figures that are calculated in a downstream system involve process key figures relating to employees leaving the company, the calculation basis for which is signaled by different IT systems.
