Brief description
Goods supply of a foreign subsidiary with corporate stocks as a B2B variant. The existing master data, MRP and order-to-cash process is adapted. The functional processes and requirements, as well as the IT processes are modeled in BPMN2.0. Functional concepts and IT concepts are generated from the models, and test cases are extracted from the models.
Supplement
The functional departments for master data, MRP, logistical processes and finance have modeled the functional planned processes, including the functional requirements in BPMN2.0. The functional processes are transferred into IT process models from which the programming specifications are created for developers. In addition, the functional acceptance test is extracted automatically from the functional processes and imported via interface application to HP ALM.
