The broker service and document management system is used for easy and direct access via the Internet to internal insurance information and current contract data in the productive policy system.
Supplement
Brokers can create new requests independently in the request system and generate policy issuance applications or coverage inquiries. Coverage inquiries can be clarified online, the policy issuance applications are automatically transferred to the insurance policy system.
