Introduction of a new database
Project duration: 10 months
Brief description
Development of a new application for mapping, managing and maintaining launch plans for new products. The application is validated and further developed in line with FDA guidelines. An electronic signature for product data is implemented. The system is continuously developed further, see also project IDs 2328 and 2329.
Supplement
Both the front and back ends are developed on the basis of Microsoft Access 97. The program is used to create, manage and approve versioned launch plans for new products. The launch plans can be made available as PDF files on a web server and/or sent by e-mail. In addition to this, the program is designed for multiple languages and is currently used in German and English.
Subject description
This tool is used for the central management of launch plans for new products. All the elements of the new product can be managed in the tool (contents, packaging, storage data, packing slip, etc.).
