Brief description
In view of an upcoming implementation of an ITIL product suite, an existing custom application for managing IT applications (processing orders for IT resources such as hardware, software, system authorizations) will be modified so that service managers can perform administrative tasks (e.g., maintain service catalogs). In addition, application-internal processes for requesting IT resources by application users and the evaluation of these resources will be simplified for administrators.
