Brief description
Design and creation of an intranet solution to display user-specific information regarding IT-managed personal data and used/assigned IT resources (hardware, licenses, authorizations). Persons responsible for cost centers also have the option to assign external personnel to their own cost center, as well as to display the IT resource usage of their own cost center. For added convenience, every user can configure a mail notification as a reminder of power plant-specific security instructions.
Supplement
The data basis is created by the central personnel master (data storage of person-specific information), central user administration (data storage of person-specific authorization information) as well as CMDB (ITIL-compliant data storage of hardware resources).
Subject description
The tool should significantly contribute to ensuring / improving the quality of personal master data within the company and indicate savings potential when using IT resources. It is also possible to uncover possible security problems caused by incorrectly-assigned system authorizations.
