A procedure for future planning of an electricity network operator's IT landscape (together with the most important goals) is created in the form of workshops with the company's most important specialist departments. This takes place in the context of organizational changes due to changed framework conditions.
Subject description
Due to organizational changes, the fields of activity and operating sequences within the various departments are also changing. The existing IT tools are no longer ideally suited to supporting these new procedures and are to be adjusted, expanded, better integrated or phased out, in stages. The planning and goals for this medium to long-term change process are to be jointly developed in the workshops.
