IT system audit

Brief description
The aim of the IT system audit is to assess in which areas weak points in the customer's company exist and where optimization potentials for costs and processes are possible. The results of all IST analyses are documented and used to derive tactical/operational measures on the basis of the IT strategy together with the management for the following year 2018.
Supplement
The topics cover IT management, communication services, as well as the administration and operation of infrastructure, hardware, middleware and applications. Once the inventory documentation has been reviewed, known weak points or problems are recorded. Interviews with the participants are conducted, the results are documented and evaluated. Based on this, a recommendation can be made and measures for improvement and digital transformation can be derived.
