IT-technical support of a planning system for power plant decommissioning (2023)

The task concerns the ongoing IT support of an intranet application for the planning of a power plant decommissioning. It includes minor optimizations and conceptions of technical enhancements of the system in close coordination with the department concerned. As a result of modernization work, the end-user application consists of two independent intranet applications based on the technologies .NET 4.8 and ASP MVC5 as well as .NET 6 and ASP MVC Core, which use a common database. Synchronization mechanisms exist between the application components to avoid business or technical inconsistencies.
