Life Cycle Management Application evaluation

The license agreement with the existing ALM solution expires and support for the system is transferred to the new Octane solution. For this purpose different alternatives (Polarion (Siemens), Codebeamer (Intland), Octane (next HP-ALM)) were analysed from the perspective of the different organisations (CPS, RMS, SIS) and their functions; Configuration Management, Change Management, Requirements Management, Risk Management and Issue Management. In several iterations, the functions of the different solutions were discussed and weighed up in order to commission the manufacturers with the conceptual integration of the business process in the next phase.
