Designing and further developing an inventory management system for construction sites in large plant engineering that assists in managing inventories, relocations, picking and fitting removals.

The .NET framework used in the first stage of development is migrated to version 2.0 and significantly expanded. Additionally, further PTA components are to be integrated.
Subject description
The application enables high performance processing of approximately 100,000 data records. The aim is to quickly provide inventory managers with filter functions and search dialogs for ad hoc information. To achieve this, there are general Excel interfaces and specified document printouts that accompany the process outside the system. The inventory manager can provide information quickly, put together consignments and carry out relocations due to the named requirements.
