Brief description
Adjusting the functions of the existing Lotus Notes mail database to an altered data model.
Supplement
The data for automatically creating supplier e-mails is generated from an Oracle database. The sent and received mail documents are linked to the associated milestones and projects via hyperlinks. Due to the change in the Oracle data model for the hyperlinks, all the functions of the Lotus Notes database have to be adjusted and expanded.
Subject description
Creating and linking supplier e-mails will be simplified for users. Additional evaluation and controlling options will be created.
