Maintenance and further development of a web-based truck configurator in various modules. The modules control printing of offers, data exchange with SAP CRM, data synchronization with other systems, and the actual truck configuration.
Supplement
System based on Java with Struts and Ajax technologies in the front end, as well as JDBC connection to the Derby and Oracle database systems.
Subject description
This tool enables a salesperson to configure trucks in various models and equipment versions and to create an offer, online or offline. Additionally, a purchase order can be triggered when in online mode.
