Managing rental containers

Brief description
Implementing an IT solution based on SAP ERP 6.0 for managing and monitoring rental containers. The aim is to increase transparency with regard to rental containers. To this end, a cockpit is implemented which enables efficient management, allocation and monitoring of rental containers.
Supplement
Rental containers are defined as equipment. Container movements are displayed in MM using independently developed functional modules, on the basis of material documents. Creation of material documents is triggered by setting the status in the transport documents or is initiated manually from the cockpit. These material movements are generated in parallel with actual material movements and are not evaluated.
