Brief description
Migration / further development of an existing Access solution for use as a tool within the ITSM tool landscape for IT-technical support during application of IT resources (hardware, software, IDs and authorizations). The application is used within an SAP workflow to create audit-proof documentation that is stored in the document management system used. This adjustment is made together with the implementation of the ITIL-compliant ITSM processes within the company.

The same application is used at different locations with different technologies (MS Access 2003 and .NET / C# 2005). These technologies are harmonized. In this context, ITIL-compliant service catalogs and improved user management when creating an application are implemented
