Migration of SAP WebDynpro to Netweaver CE

Brief description
Large WebDynpro applications based on components (> 200 components) are migrated from NetWeaver version 2004 to NetWeave CE. Additionaly the SAP NWDI (NetWeaver Development Infrastructure) is updated from version 6.40 to 7.0.
