Creation of a fund portfolio management tool (from MS Windows XP/MS Office 2003 to MS Windows 7/MS Office 2010) for a multi-level special fund of real-estate funds for straightforward creation of evaluations and preparation of investment decisions using target fund ratings and scenario simulations.
Subject description
Conversion of a multi-user application (from MS Windows XP/MS Office 2003 to MS Windows 7/MS Office 2010) to consist of enriched data from various front-end systems and independently-developed department tool based on Excel. This enables intraday calculation and evaluation of various key figures, such as cash-flow information. The generated results can be exported both as reports or in Excel format. Objective: Upgrade of the operating system for a fund portfolio management tool.
