Brief description
mySAP Retail functions are introduced for sales and materials management in a commercial enterprise's energy business unit. In addition, an authorization concept is developed for all SAP modules.

Starting from the quotation and order processing that is supported by an enhanced sales summary, support is provided for calculating quotations and orders, for scheduling and procurement (especially of liquid fuels), and delivery and settlement.
Subject description
Telephone sales result in special requirements, as does the calculation of offers and orders (e.g. petroleum) based on daily values. In procurement, support is to be provided for calls from suppliers (e.g. refineries) and for composing transport orders.
