Brief description

Support for first level support and safeguarding second level support for item master data maintenance and procurement in a mySAP Retail system used across a wide range of technical and geographical applications.

Supplement

The business processes are enhanced, starting with functions running in the logistics center, to include additional product groups and the branches' procurement processes. In addition, new functions are provided, e.g. for bonus accounting. Besides functional support, support is also provided for IT tasks, such as interface monitoring.

Subject description

Structuring item master data for various product groups (e.g. fresh, beverages) including the associated purchasing and sales pricing. Monitoring the interfaces to the enterprise resource planning and legacy systems.
