Online shop: shipping from a branch

Brief description
An additional sales channel is to be provided for online shop purchase orders from the customers of a chain of hardware stores; this sales channel will involve sending articles via the corresponding branch. The concept for the necessary process is designed and implemented within the interplay between the SAP Hybris shop software, the central enterprise resource planning in SAP ERP 6.0 Retail and the branch enterprise resource planning.

Subject description
Logistical processing of customer orders takes place in SAP Retail and in the branches' enterprise resource planning system. The interfaces between the online shop, SAP Retail and the enterprise resource planning systems are defined and adjusted accordingly.
