Optimization of QA interfacesconversion of the interface for findings data

The interface, which is designed for an incremental transfer, provides files on the main computer in the EBCDIC character encoding, which have to be processed in strict chronological order. The format of the data view for the evaluation logic should remain unchanged, in order to avoid as far as possible the changes to the user interface. Moreover, the non-recurring, initial loading with the total volume of data must be prepared and performed.
