Consulting for the replacement of several version management systems (VMS) by a uniform group-wide system within the scope of a workshop. The focus here is on analysing and standardizing the currently heterogeneous development process. The VMS tool "Perforce" is further configured so that it is possible to map all aspects of this adapted process that are relevant for versioning.
