Creation of an Excel file template for entering technical information and planned sales figures for various products from a group's Asian companies, and a tool for generating the corresponding file for each company.
Supplement
The planning data is entered by the individual companies in the generated Excel files and imported to the SAP BW system in the group headquarters.
